Highly recommend Purple Sky! They are so great with neurdivergence, religious trauma, trauma, and so much more.
The therapists at Purple Sky have been amazing to work with. DBT and EMDR have changed my life. I would recommend seeing Courtney and Nicole. The group is fun and I feel heard while I am learning new stuff. 10/10 recommend.
