Ruth is an incredible therapist and is the best I’ve ever had. She is experienced in EMDR and I have had a lot of great growth working with her. She is very professional and finds a great balance between helping me think through decisions but not telling me what to do. Appointments can be in person or virtual and I appreciate that flexibility.
