Ruth has been great for my wife and I! She has helped teach us skills that have been really beneficial for us. We have grown stronger as a couple and our communication has improved greatly because of the skills we have developed. We both would recommend her.

Ruth is an incredible therapist and is the best I’ve ever had. She is experienced in EMDR and I have had a lot of great growth working with her. She is very professional and finds a great balance between helping me think through decisions but not telling me what to do. Appointments can be in person or virtual and I appreciate that flexibility.
