I really love this studio! I’ve been attending classes regularly for about seven months and Sadie, Teeka, Kaisa, and Teryn are such fantastic instructors - Teeka helped me get over the initial fear and anxiety that comes with starting your pole journey, and the way she’s relatable and real made it so much easier to get comfortable in my own skin. I really enjoy this pole studio! The environment is fun and cute, and I've made great connections there. However, I've been quite frustrated over the past year. Several of my favorite teachers have disappeared from the schedule, and it's disappointing to build a rapport with someone and then have to start over with a new one. Additionally, I recently signed up for a class and was never notified that it was canceled, only to have to reschedule when I showed up. Better communication and consistency would be greatly appreciated

I attended the Monday fitness class and it was so much fun! Sloane did an amazing job walking me through each workout and they were super effective in REALLY feeling the burn
