Does this place not want my business? I need to print parts for my work, I followed their online form and submitted the 3D. I didn't even see a confirmation email for my quote. A day passed and I called to follow up. First calling Purple Porcupine. No answer, so I called Purple Platypus. They picked up and tried to resolve my issue saying that they are a separate service (which I knew) but has the ability to see my request form.
