I had a great experience with Tom today, I previously was working with a realtor and was getting no where. Tom got me more information and answers in a couple hours then others got me in months. I highly recommend him to anyone in the market to buy, he’s very quick to respond and has been a pleasure working with in the short time I have had contact with him! Can’t wait to see where this journey goes with him.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My husband and I contacted Tom last minute to line up some showings for us. In this crazy market- Tom was able to make it happen and think on his feet QUICKLY! He’s worked with us well beyond business hours to make sure everything was lined up to go under contract. He was extremely professional, educated on the market, responsive, and worked under pressure (as I cried in the backseat because this market is NUTS- haha). Beyond thankful and will definitely use him in the future.
Pretty disappointed. We contacted Tom regarding property. Made an appointment. He came down with the flu so we went and looked at it. Later sent him a text saying we wanted to put an offer on it. Didn't hear from him we figured he was running a fever and was sleeping. The next day around 11am we got a message saying we better put in a good offer because someone had just put an offer on it. We had cash for it. We sent another offer in never heard back. Felt. Like he was just trying to up the price.
Tom is the best land realtor I’ve ever worked with. He is very experienced and will help you sell or buy your dream property.
