This place rocks. Took my first class ever with Lorraine. She was very helpful and explained everything perfectly. I was worried about being a beginner but all levels are welcome in any class. You go at your own pace. I had fun and got a great workout. Atmosphere and vibe really good and music upbeat. Def going back. If you are on the fence about trying a class...just do it. You won't be disappointed.
