I purchased a Purple mattress at the UTC store from Juan who was fabulous. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the delivery. Thankfully, Kristin the manager took care of everything! She was professional and empathetic. She listened and never made excuses. After many emails and phone calls she had to make, she was able to turn the experience around! Purple is very lucky to have her (and Juan too!)
I went to the Purple store in UTC in Febreuary 2026 and I knew I was going to buy a new mattress after the exceptional customer service Peter displayed during my visit. He was very kind, polite, and knew exactly what I was looking for as I explained my current mattress condition and what I was looking for in a mattress. I went in fairly sure of what I wanted. But Peter made my store experience easy and seamless. He made sure that I had the best experience possible. Highly recommend this location and all of their products. I am very happy with my purchase.
