I had an amazing experience at PURPLE buying a pillow from Peter! He was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the options with great patience and knowledge. Not only was he super friendly, but his customer service made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting him if you’re in the market for quality pillows!

Went in fully prepared to purchase a second purple plus mattress for my brother and when I spoke with the sales person, older man tell stocky build grey hair and glasses, I told him I have a purple mattress and he said “oh you have a pillow?” insinuating that I couldn’t afford one due to age I’m assuming and when I told him it was a plus mattress he kept insisting that I most likely owned an old model, the sub $600 models without the waffle stuff in it. I had a fantastic experience with Nathan at Purple in UTC. Nathan was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to help us find the right pillow, mattress, and seat cushion. His extensive knowledge about the products was clear, and he showed us many options to make sure we were completely satisfied.
