I had such a great experience with Peter at Purple Mattress! I needed to get a new mattress as fast as possible. He listened to my needs, complaints, lifestyle, and preferences, then gave me a solid three recommendations. I haven't been able to sleep on my stomach in a long time and ended up choosing the mattress most comfortable in that position. I always love stopping by and laying on all the mattresses. The new rejuvenate mattress is sooo comfy. The customer service here is amazing. All of the associates are so helpful in getting orders in and answering any questions. I had a little issue with my order and the manager, Kristin was super helpful and checked in with me every day to make sure I was up to date with what was going on and we took care of it! Thank you!
