I received a cut by Ty, which I liked and enjoyed my experience with him. I wanted to do something nice for my partner, so I called and set up an appointment for him. I spoke with the woman on the phone, and let her know that he is bald and I wanted a straight razor shave and beard trim. She said that was no problem, and scheduled the appointment with Morgan. I gave this shop 3 chances to show me anything special. After waiting an hour today for a scheduled appointment over my lunch break I am done. A casual barbershop environment can be a great thing if that is how you want your customers to feel, but this shop took it to the extreme with lazy, care-free employees. If you like to wait inordinate amounts of time for an overpriced, mediocre cut, this is the shop for you. I'd try to visit now if you can, the lights will be off by next year. SMDH @ yall.
