Our pool was 23 years when the marcite began to crumble. It was like sand on the bottom of the pool. We finally were able to afford to have the pool redone. My husband did plenty of research, and he found Purple Heart Pools. They arrived for an estimate and fully explained everything. PHP just finished remodeling my pool. I could not be happier. They resurfaced, placed new tile and also did the coping. Everything is perfect. Contacting them was easy and they also answered my questions and texted me back so quick. Joe was always helpful and informative. They kept the schedule with no excuses or delays. I am so happy I did this project with this company. I would do it again and referring them to all my friends.
We had a wonderful experience with Purple Heart Pools. They adjusted their workflow to meet some changes in their schedule and did an excellent job resurfacing our pool and deck. We can not be happier with the work or the cost. In particular, their Sales Rep Joe Streeter went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They have earned our highest recommendation.
Ever since Purple Hearts Pool was the only company that was able to replace a pump for me the same day it failed years ago, they have been the only pool company i have used ever since. From the pump replacement years ago, an acid wash i had done 2 years ago, to my most recent project of the entire pool resurfacing, Purple Hearts came through again.
