I used Purple Heart Pools because my pool pump equipment developed a leak and it was getting pretty bad. I cannot be more satisfied. They responded to my request very quickly and Alex was great! He accessed what needed to be done; gave me a couple of options and the next day he had everything installed and running by the time I got home from my eye appointment! Alex came out and converted our pool to salt and it was the best service! He was very informative and easy to communicate with!
While out of town I was informed of a loud wining sound coming from my pool equipment. After contacting Purple Heart Pools Alex responded to my home, immediately diagnosed the issue and within 2 day resolved the problem by installing a top of the line pump which had just about burnt out.
