Caring and friendly employees. They are very thorough and care what you have as a patient to say.
My experience today was really good. She’s very sweet. Very kind she listens. She hears you. She tries to find solutions for you. I was a hot mess this morning. When I went in there even the little girl in the front desk was wonderful too. I have no complaints. Can’t say enough good things about it.
I recently applied for life insurance, and the insurance provider requested clarification from Dr. Campbell regarding information documented in a prior medical record. However, Dr. Campbell declined to address the question unless I scheduled a new appointment. I do not understand why a new visit—and an additional charge—would be required simply to clarify information already contained in my medical record. It appears the appointment is being required to generate another fee.
This is a wonderful medical practice! I never feel rushed. They provide helpful healthcare!
