It's not fake. I don't like how you conduct business, your employees don't seem to care and you have knack for responding to every review being extremely defensive. Learn to take a bad review and move on. Paired with the fact that you are wrong and here are my other reviews. You must feel silly being proven wrong. Maybe don't jump to conclusions. It started off great. Very cordial, friendly service at the start. I was quoted a reasonable price. I gave specific instructions on what I wanted done. Clarified them again when I dropped off the truck and was hoping it would go smoothly from there (two tone the upper body of the truck to black, the lower body would remain white). I asked if it would be done in a day and was told it would be (if it wasn't then I needed to be able to figure out my plans on returning back home). I love how informative they are and tons of services to offer. I got my window tints done on my Tesla 3 they provided options and informed me about things I didn’t even know about my car! They’re very friendly and accommodating. Definitely going back to get other services done
