I highly recommend Shaun and his team. My wife and I recently sold our home through his real estate company and the process was great and in case you’re wondering he really does charge a 1% commission plus a small agency fee as his company name implies. I do recall wondering if his lower fee would be as a result of being “hands off” or perhaps pushing to sell at a lower price so that he can sell your house quicker. This wasn’t the case at all.
