Poor customer experience. We had to remodel after our house flooded from heavy rains. They were tough to work with during 8 month or so process of our project but the worse part is their work did not stand the test of time and when we had several problems after the entire job was completed weeks and month after due to their poor quality of work, they did not return our emails or calls.
I live in City Terrace and I had a great experience with Purple Construction. The young man who knocked on my door completely changed my opinion about construction work and door-to-door visits. Instead of feeling annoyed or pressured, I felt informed and genuinely helped. Thank you to Ernie Lopez for being so professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Purple Construction absolutely earned this one. They recently replaced the windows in my mom’s house, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first person I spoke with to the final installer who completed the job, every team member was professional, friendly, and incredibly communicative. Overall great Experience, Workers were very punctual and Clean. Great quality work and thorough inspection. Oscar S, project manager, who did the inspection was Very respectful. He made sure my roof came out good checked in on me when the project was going on. Ended up doing the hvac as well they also did great quality on that. Helped me even get approved with Financing made it affordable props to Oscar S.
I had purple construction come by and had both bathrooms demoed and remodeled . I had 1 custom to my wife’s liking and the other to mine! I have to say that they did a very good job on both bathrooms!Both were hot mopped, most companies won’t do so . Overall My wife and I were very happy with the results and will be using Purple for my next upcoming projects. THANK YOU PURPLE!!
