Updated Review: I’m not a fan of Purple and would NOT spend an upwards of $2k for a bed that at the end of the day ends up being just as crappy as the last cheaper bed we had. I love the adjustable frame but even that was overpriced and overkill. You can buy one for cheaper! We’re a YEAR in and the bed has a serious middle dip, already. And, the 10 YEAR WARRANTY is a JOKE. I bought a purple pillow from here and it is AMAZING!! I have never slept this good and don't wake up with as much neck pain anymore. The customer service was excellent as well!
The store was great and the experience within it was pleasant. between the incorrect delivery information and the experience after has been some of the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. The only reason you get even one star is because the store was good.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE London. I went into this store with every intention of buying a mattress. When I walked in London never said a word, didn’t ask what I was looking for or anything. RED FLAG. Then I was in the store for about 10 minutes and he just looked at his phone the WHOLE TIME. Does he know he is working? He didn’t ask how I was doing, if I had any questions or anything.
