I worked with Liyah directly when I was shopping at Purple. The initial experience was good, Liyah answered all of my questions I had relating to the quality of Purple products and return policy of Purple products including sheets. I went ahead and purchased some sheets for my new Purple mattress. When I got home, I opened the bag, I noticed extra fabric on one of the pillow cases that didn’t look great. We just ordered a purple bed for our child. We had a great experience at the briargate location, and purchased a bed the same day with some pillows as well. Aaron was awesome and went above and beyond to answer all our silly questions. I recommend this place and Aaron to help you out. We will definitely be back when our other beds need replacement.
Liyah and Aaron helped us decide on a new Purple mattress. We had some technical issues setting up the purchase, ended up being a corporate issue but Liyah and Aaron went above and beyond for us, keeping us informed and quickly fixing everything behind the scenes.
