I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but my experience with Kianna absolutely deserves recognition. I came into this Purple location with several questions, and Kianna went above and beyond to make sure I left with the right information and a complete understanding of the products. Kianna was the team member at the Briargate purple store and she was so sweet, kind and patient. She stayed 30 minutes past advertised closing hours and didn’t pressure me or act inconvenienced. She answered all my questions about delivery logistics with me moving, price, the ongoing sale, the different structures of the mattresses, and how those structures impacted the end user (if the mattress design prioritizing pressure points, cooling, side sleepers, back sleepers, etc.). We had such a great experience at the Purple store! Bray was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of the different pillow options without making us feel rushed or pressured.
