Unprofessional drivers. Block in cars in the alleys and then the drivers are nowhere to be found. Not even their operations center can locate the drivers.

I just wanted to take a minute to thank PuroFirst for the excellent serivce provided for the mitigation. Home leak is stressful but they responded promptly. From the first call to the final paperwork, all went well. The Technicians Haroldo Vargas, Manuel de Paz, and Fredy Castañeda were respectful and diligent. Thank you Purofirst! I recently found myself in a terrible situation, late in the evening and needed help. I manage a high rise HOA in Bethesda, where the problem occurred.
