Didn't really have much of an experience with PuroClean. My insurance company contacted them from when my window was broken. The insurance adjuster came out to do an estimate and said I didn't need anything tarped or boarded since the break didn't involve my inside window. I thought the adjuster cancelled the boarding team, so I was surprised when they showed up. They were very nice, I apologized that they came out for nothing, and they left. Unprofessional drivers. Block in cars in the alleys and then the drivers are nowhere to be found. Not even their operations center can locate the drivers.
