Amazing service from PuroClean! After I had a water damage, I was so worried about my condo. But my insurance company called PuroClean immediately. Dawn and Chris put the dehumidifiers right away. Dried all the bathroom and mainroom. Super thanks to the workers Andy and Kawar. Whatever whenever I asked them, they explained so nice and kind. And most importantly, I loved their job! For fixing, painting and cleaning was perfect! Can't describe gratitude to Kawar! He is absolutely professional! Highly recommend this company!
I recently had a frustrated experience with tis restoration company that I provided cleaning services for. Initially, the guy who hired me promised to pay my bill after four weeks. However, when that time came, he kept saying "next week" repeatedly, and before I knew it, another four weeks had passed without any payment. My father unfortunately passed away & we needed his apartment cleaned before going in. Everyone I spoke to was kind & communicated perfectly. They did a fantastic job on his apartment, both me & the apartment manager were amazed. They have my business for life.
Aggressive and rude driver, speeding, tail-gate, and cutting off driver turning right at 9 am. Your logo is on the side of your truck, why do you need to drive aggressively, park in the middle of the road, so you can drop your family members? I won't trust Nagra Bros plumbing that lives on the same house.
We had a pipe burst and the insurance company contacted PuroClean and they came almost immediately. They started bringing in dehumidifiers and fans to dry the area out. The project manager Ken was great to deal with as he had the area restored like nothing ever happened. Also, the staff were nice and respectful and would recommend them to my loved ones!
