Had PuroClean mitigate water from a slow toilet leak in our townhouse. Isaiah was great to work with. He explained the entire demo and remediation to us, let us know when he was arriving to check on the site and was very professional. Highly recommend him and his team (Angel, Connor).

Imagine my shock when roofers damaged a high pressure water line and water gushed into my home. Within 3 hours, on a Saturday night, PuroClean rep, Connor, arrived and immediately set up equipment. Connor and Isiah, helped by Angel, worked hard to dry out damage, remove dry wall and turn the house over to me to start repairs. I had no idea what it would entail to remediate the water damage. This has been a humbling experience. Thanks for the compassiinate care.

We had a leak In the house that damaged walls and carpet. Shaun and Pedro came out and were so warm during a time of loss. They tore everything out, cleaned everything up and dried out the area. They were very courteous and communicated well about when they were coming and going and what was going on with the situation. As well as, communicating with our insurance company. I am very grateful for their service.
