Working with PuroClean has been as stress free as possible, if you can even say that about an insurance claim. Our main contact was Connor, who was always available to answer any and all of our questions and concerns. Connor was professional and a pleasure to work with! Within an hour after submitting our claim to Allstate we received a call from PuroClean minutes before midnight to schedule an inspection. The ongoing communication with PuroClean was speedy, friendly and efficient.

Update: At first, their service and attention were great. The team arrived, packed our belongings, and worked quickly. However, I witnessed the female packer throw a Christmas decoration into the truck like a javelin, and it was destroyed as a result. Once they received payment from our insurance company, communication and scheduling became extremely difficult. It felt like pulling teeth just to schedule a time to access our storage unit.
