My nine year old autistic son caused a massive flood in his room late at night on a Thursday and I was really worried about long term damage. Connor, Isaiah, and Pedro came out on very short notice late at night - super fast, got everything cleared out, very communicative and got it fixed in five days no long term damage. Great service would recommend to anyone
Our Pack out team, lead by Roseanne were great. Alex, Ashley and Angel were polite, hard workers and respectful of our situation.
Did a great job. Cleaned and made sure the process was done even on a Saturday Isaiah, Connor, Matthew. Shawn and Pedro all did amazing job.
Had PuroClean mitigate water from a slow toilet leak in our townhouse. Isaiah was great to work with. He explained the entire demo and remediation to us, let us know when he was arriving to check on the site and was very professional. Highly recommend him and his team (Angel, Connor).
Sean and Pedro were prompt very helpful knowledgeable even did a little extra to help investigate sources really appreciated their time energy and effort and they were very professional
