Threw away items without my consent before an adjuster could look at them. Items are not account for and missing. Items reapear after being questioned about there wearabouts and police intervention. My Items (new) were opened up and used by employees. They can't even provide a heater for their employees. Agent showed up at my home while it was still on fire. Fire truck chasers.

Feeling overwhelmed and uncertain of water damage, Axil was amazing! He was here for over 10 hours (and never left for lunch) when it was clearly a bigger job than expected. Antonio then joined to help with the bigger job. Both were courteous, informative, professional and respectful of property. These guys rock!
