Ben was great - clear, calm, informative, cooperative. It was a hard situation and they made it better. Easy administrative stuff and they were careful in my space. (Bathroom was a puzzle to put back together, and so I wish I'd been looking over their shoulders as they took it apart. But that wasn't really feasible.)

We called Ben who came the same day. He kept us informed every step of the way. Always took time to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable with the process. They did aid quality work and were very trustworthy. Hope we never need this type of service again, but will call Ben again if we do.

I can't say enough about the level of service that PuroClean provided! My dishwasher leaked all over my kitchen floor and ran into the basement and Ben and his team responded within an HOUR of my call. Aside from drying everything out in 2 days, they also helped me through the claim with my insurance company and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Nobody ever wants to have a water damage,but if you do you I would absolutely recommend PuroClean!!
