They are fast and efficient and try to fit you in even if they are booked. John the manager, knows what he is talking about and helps by explaining things with insurance company. He wants to help and make sure the job is done and you can breath happy again. Also his cleaning crew we had Matt and Allen, were great too. You could ask questions and they knew what they were talking about too. They work hard and did a great job. Would give them 10 stars if I could

Wow - Puroclean turned a bad situation around in a hurry. We walked in to a flooded kitchen - there was actually standing water 1/2 inch deep on the kitchen floor. The water leak had been going on for more than 12 hours so the carpet was saturated, the subfloor, drywall, and basement. I called Puroclean and Collins told me he would go to the shop to pick up the truck and be there in an hour - and he was! I have never ever worked with a more pleasant group of people. We had water damage in the lower level of our house caused by a broken pipe. After calling, Puroclean was at our door within an hour to look over the damage and starting the drying out process. The owner, Kevin, and his crew were professional and explained the entire process including working with my insurance company. He also kept me updated on what the next steps would be. He works with reputable contractors to get the job done and us back into completed rooms. I would highly recommend this company!!

Highly recommend Puroclean! My mother's basement flooded, and they arrived within hours. Because of the nature of the job, they had to come back to move fans, dehumidifiers, etc. several times during the dry-out. All their employees were very professional, quick to help, and did high quality work.
