I want to share a huge recondition and review for this company- specifically kiddos to Albert Garcia- he was my contact for this clean up after a fire in building- he was the lead for the assigned team to my place: he was polite-on time every day- such good listener, very good at following up and most important: did an incredible job with sorting, packing and moving all to truck in an extremely tight schedule. Albert and his crew(Adley and Ronaldo) have been nothing but professional and helpful with us during this trying time. Promt and thorough they have left no stone unturned. They have been super friendly and have extremely profound work ethic. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
Update After moving back in after inspection i discover my thermstat is not working properly It was dissasembled during reno by their contractors and must have been damaged. I get the bill and I havent even been living in my unit . I ask contractor to pay for their damage then i receive NO updates This is how they treat owners make them pay for something their hired contractor did and not take responsibility. We had a ceiling water leak and this company was amazing from the emergency call late at night over the holidays right through to the final repair. Justin and his team were incredible to deal with. They were all friendly, respectful, and clearly proud of the quality of their work. They made a stressful situation so much easier and the end result looks fantastic, like the damage never even happened.
