Proclean responded quickly and got to work right away. They removed and cleaned all the smoke-damaged items in my home, which I really appreciated. They were also very honest — they found money in the home and returned it to me, which speaks highly of their integrity. However, some areas were missed and they had to come back. After reporting a flooded basement to our insurance company representative we received a call from the project manager at PuroClean, Justin, that very same day. He came out immediately to assess the damage caused by our sump pump failure. After receiving the go ahead from the insurance company, Justin sent us a schedule for the rebuild. We had a wonderful experience with Puroclean! The cleaning crews are awesome! Albert and his team -Shander, Mark and Edwin are phenomenal! They listen and work hard! They are also pleasant to deal with. Makes our stressful situation a little bit light because of them! :)
Puroclean are very professional and very polite. After a stressful flood, me and my wife were terrified having anyone come in. Albert and his crew that came put everything at ease, finished demolition in a day and went above and beyond what i was expecting.
