Proclean responded quickly and got to work right away. They removed and cleaned all the smoke-damaged items in my home, which I really appreciated. They were also very honest — they found money in the home and returned it to me, which speaks highly of their integrity. However, some areas were missed and they had to come back. We had a wonderful experience with PuroClean. After reporting a flooded basement to our insurance company representative we received a call from the project manager at PuroClean, Justin, that very same day. He came out immediately to assess the damage caused by our sump pump failure. After receiving the go ahead from the insurance company, Justin sent us a schedule for the rebuild. Wonderful experience especially from Jeanette and Albert. There was a leak from the ceiling in my apartment and within 3 hours of me speaking with my landlord and my building manager, Jeanette had come to assess the damage. She was very professional and friendly. I couldn't be present when the contractors arrived but Albert called me and was in contact communication with me when entering and leaving my apartment. Exceptional service from Project Manager, Justin! My insurance company hired PuroClean Restoration after a city sewer backup affected my home on August 1st. Justin didn’t waste any time getting started. Came out to assess damages that evening and had a crew to the home for restoration the following morning. Justin andPuroclean were contracted for my basement repairs after a sump pump failure. The repairs were completed and it looks fantastic. Justin was easy to talk to and communication was clear. Hopefully I don't need them again, but would recommend them for your contacting and restoring needs.
