Exceptional service from Project Manager, Justin! My insurance company hired PuroClean Restoration after a city sewer backup affected my home on August 1st. Justin andPuroclean were contracted for my basement repairs after a sump pump failure. The repairs were completed and it looks fantastic. Justin was easy to talk to and communication was clear. Hopefully I don't need them again, but would recommend them for your contacting and restoring needs.
My house had arson where part of my deck got wrecked. Some of the fire damaged included components on the inside of the house, primarily the kitchen. Justin was easy to work with and knowledgeable. The team he put together was good to. Never easy wrangling a team together but he got it done. The project was estimated to be completed in 30 days ended up taking a a couple weeks longer but it got done.
The PuroClean emergency team started the cleanup mitigation literally the same day the call was made. Justin Margison then expertly coordinated the repair work with 3 different contractors. Very impressed with PuroClean!
This company made life very comfortable in an extremely stressful situation for me. They are precise, informative, reliable, and most importantly they care about the end result. If you need any restoration work done, I HIGHLY recommend PuroClean!
