I had a great experience working with Jesse from PuroClean Hamilton. Jesse was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was handled quickly and properly. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work and about helping his customers. I would highly recommend Jesse and the PuroClean Hamilton team to anyone needing reliable restoration services.

This company is incredible. After a flood Scott and his team walked with us side by side until things were cleaned up and made safe. Scott was always available to answers questions and helped mediate between us and the insurance adjuster. Wealth of Knowledge and a great team as well. Would have no issues recommending Puroclean to anyone.

Top marks for PuroClean. We had a city sewer backup into our basement. Our insurance company assigned PuroClean to help mitigate as much damage as they could, get things cleaned up and then restore our home for us. It’s worth noting that our insurance company, our insurance broker and the third-party adjuster we initially dealt with, all spoke extremely highly of PuroClean. Scott called me within 5 minutes of hanging up with the insurance company. Even though it was Thanksgiving Monday he was at my house within the hour to assess the situation. His crew arrived promptly the next morning and were professional and hard working. All communication with Scott was prompt and helpful. I would highly recommend this firm.
