Coming from a trip we found our house broken by burglars. They smashed the back patio door which was a non-standard size. We don't want anybody to go through that experience. After we called the police, we called our insurance broker, Arthurr J. Gallagher. PuroClean was assigned at our site after a small Kitchen fire took place at our house. PuroClean arrived immediately after they were assigned with 8 workers, and immediately taking care of all the Kitchen, Family Room, and Dining Rooms items i.e., separating and segregating them that were affected by the Fire smoke! My home flooded in May of 2023, we closed the insurance claim over a year later without the work being complete because we could no longer tolerate the incompetence of Puroclean. Puroclean came recommended by our insurance company and it truly felt like they cursed us that day as Puroclean was a nightmare to deal with on almost every level.
