Puroclean helped us finish our home renovations taking it from this to this. They were absolutely incredible with everything that they did and everyday they came helped bring our home closer to our dream. I would recommend them to anyone that asks!

I had water damage to my ceiling due to an issue with my roof. PuroClean was very easy to work with. They communicated with me while waiting for the roof repairs to be done. The men who worked on my ceiling were friendly and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day and I am very happy with my new ceiling. I would highly recommend PuroClean.

I called Puroclean at a busy time, and so understood there needed to be a delay before they could come assess and neutralize damage to my property from a toilet leak. Days and times changed frequently and after over two months they still haven't finished removing the garbage from pulling up my floors, and after leaving multiple messages I can't get a report of what they did, any estimates, and what needs to be repaired. I had a flood in 2024. PuroClean came and did demolition and took items to clean. We hired a certified environmentalist and mould remediation who said our basement was covered in mould after their “clean up.” Extensive demolition was done as well as mould remediation (thanks Beaumont Solutions!.) Most items from the flood were returned uncleaned and filthy. If you want a place full of mould, PuroClean is the place for you. Incredible experience from beginning to end. Communication was frequent with Jay and I felt supported through the entire situation. The technicians (shout out to Adrian, Dylan, and Leo) made the situation easier - disposal of personal items isn’t an easy task, but they brought a presence to the site that helped to lighten the situation. They also appeared to have a great working relationship together which was refreshing! Thanks for making this flooding situation a smooth transition for me.
