Jay and the PuroClean team were quick to respond and extremely professional. Jay went above and beyond to help us diagnose an issue that wasn’t related to PuroClean’s usual services. Although the matter fell outside their scope, he was thoughtful to provide us with an alternative solution and referred us to a specialized company. After a flood in July, our basement had to be completed cleared, sprayed for mold and restored. We dealt with various people at the Brantford Location and they were all fantastic. Even with the high volume of restoration jobs that they had because of this one flood, the team was very quick to respond to our emails and calls. Conrad - very friendly , polite and understanding. he knew what his job entailed . Josh and Katelyn very friendly , polite and respectful and hard working employees, they also knew what their job entailed . Jay (Jason) Gascon who is an awesome representative for PuroClean- understanding, patient, respectful and considerate. A great team.
