After a flood in July, our basement had to be completed cleared, sprayed for mold and restored. We dealt with various people at the Brantford Location and they were all fantastic. Even with the high volume of restoration jobs that they had because of this one flood, the team was very quick to respond to our emails and calls. Conrad - very friendly , polite and understanding. he knew what his job entailed . Josh and Katelyn very friendly , polite and respectful and hard working employees, they also knew what their job entailed . Jay (Jason) Gascon who is an awesome representative for PuroClean- understanding, patient, respectful and considerate. A great team. Be very wary. You have been warned. After the shock of a flooded basement and us giving them a good review, we take it all back. As we were going through our stuff we noticed that watches have gone missing along with other mementos that cannot be replaced. Good china was broken also. You do not want these people left alone in your house. They must be supervised at all costs. We even had to beg for the pod to be removed after we emptied it ourselves. It makes us sick to our stomach to think these people were helping themselve... read more

I met with Chadwick from Puroclean Brantford today. Very happy with his prompt service and his availability to meet me on short notice. He was very knowledgable and gave me plenty of different options on moving forward with my restoration project. I will definitely be working with Chadwick in the near future.
