Gary and his team did an excellent job dealing with damage due to a flood in my home. Communication was prompt and Gary took care of everything - including liaising with my landlord to managing the insurance claim. What started off as a disaster has resulted in a beautiful new floor and upgraded bathroom. Thank you!

PuroClean has done an outstanding job in restoring the entire hardwood floor for my condo which was damaged by water leakage through the ceiling. The management and technical team demonstrated their professionalism by paying attention to the details throughout the project. It was a difficult task since the unit was fully furnished. I must say my condo looks better than the original purchased from the developer after the restoration. Congrats to the job well done. Thank you.
This has been the worst experience, I actually feel scammed out of 250$ First I contacted them because we have mould or algae growing in our toilet tank that we have uncessesfully been able to treat with bleach products. I called and made an appointment but on they say they were to come I had had no news or follow-up so I called. They had to reschedule, apartheid they forgot about me. I had a flood in my apartment and all my communication was with Daniel (project manager) as well as Jose. Both were extremely helpful, responsive and always willing to discuss any concerns or issues with my water damaged apartment. Daniel was great in communications/coordination with all the trades, removal & replacement of my damaged appliances and I never had to second guess or get involved with any aspect of the renovation except choose the color of the paint and flooring 😊.
