Rick & Mario came out tonight within one hour of me putting in a claim with my insurance company! Impressive! They were kind, knowledgeable, and made this horrible experience easier to manage. They put in air purifiers and was able to recommend plumbers as a well as performing emergency mitigation services! I never write reviews but I had to take the time tonight to do so. Thank you both for your wonderful services.

Tim is awesome! I was referred to him by a friend who raves about his services, and he exceeded my expectations. Not only did he answer the phone himself early in the morning, but he made time to come assess my situation the same day. He also shared recommendations on working with insurance companies. I appreciate that he didn’t pressure me to work with him, but just genuinely just wanted to help. I will recommend him without hesitation from now on.

Rick and TJ responded to a last-minute emergency call late at night after a burst pipe caused significant flooding in my husband home. They were both highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their prompt response and expertise, and I would confidently recommend their services.

My initial visit with TJ was comforting. It was pretty overwhelming to see my saturated bedroom and collapsed garage ceiling but TJ was kind, knowledgeable, and quickly set up the equipment to start drying things out. Rick and Deshaun followed up today and provided more information helping to explain the process and next steps. I’m so grateful that PuroClean is on the job to help me navigate this harrowing project.

PuroClean of Wolf Creek did a wonderful job on my water damage. TJ and Rick were fantastic. They did an awesome job cleaning up my water damage, cleaning carpets, and moving shelving in my garage to get to water damage, etc. They even came out on Xmas Eve to help. They have great work ethic, friendly personalities, and are timely and show up when they say they will. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and would request TJ and Rick in the future. Great job guys!
