Drasko came to our home within an hour of my call when our hot water heater burst and flooded the basement. He is a consummate professional who guided me through the how's and what's of working with my insurance adjuster as well as the mitigation and mold prevention processes. His team members who then worked tirelessly for three days were polite, respectful of all my things, and very efficient! I HIGHLY recommend PuroClean.

I had a great experience working with Alexi and the PuroClean team. They were professional, quick to respond, and did an excellent job handling the water damage in my condo. My apartment was flooded, and the team made the experience as smooth as possible given the circumstances. The mitigation team responded promptly and worked thoroughly to contain and address the issue. The renovation team was also highly responsive, working closely with me to ensure the repairs met my expectations. The teams were flexible with scheduling and work hours to accommodate my family’s needs.
