My apartment was flooded, and the team made the experience as smooth as possible given the circumstances. The mitigation team responded promptly and worked thoroughly to contain and address the issue. The renovation team was also highly responsive, working closely with me to ensure the repairs met my expectations. The teams were flexible with scheduling and work hours to accommodate my family’s needs.

The two gentleman who worked at my home today went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They were extremely polite, very organized, clean, thorough, and explained everything to me step by step. They tented my living room, protected floors, window treatments, and windows. They also carefully moved my furniture and arranged it in a way that allowed me to live comfortably in my home during a renovation. They were hardworking and very professional. 5 stars.

I got to meet PuroClean through my real estate network but have never had a need to refer or use them personally until recently. I had an incident at my home and my Property Management Company called them (they are the go-to company they use for all incidents with all of their condo complexes). I could not give Alejandro and the team at PuroClean any higher recommendation than the five stars. If I could go ten stars I would. We suffered a broken furnace water pipe and mold damage while out of state only to return to a complete disaster. Aljejandro was very upfront as to what to expect, mobilized his team promptly and has continued to assist us with the aftermath including meeting with the insurance adjuster. We had a massive flood in the crawl space of our pool house in the dead of winter, 2025. So, naturally we were under the gun to mitigate. This crew was the fastest to respond, offered the most reasonable rates and got the job done very quickly. Ernesto and his partner were very polite, communicative and respectful of our property and left the space bone dry. I would highly recommend them and in the event of another problem, we will certainly call them.
