I highly recommend this company for mold mitigation and flood cleanup services. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and make sure everything was handled properly. Dealing with flooding and potential mold can be stressful, but their excellent service and attention to detail made the experience much easier. I truly appreciate their hard work, responsiveness, and dedication to providing quality service. If you’re looking fo... read more

The most professional team. We were devastated when a pipe burst and flooded our basement. Puroclean came and made the cleanup up process a lot less stressful. The manager, Cesar, and the entire crew-Kateryn, Marco, Roger, Johnny and Ernesto-were outstanding. They walk us through the situation, covering every step and explaining the entire drying and cleanup process so we always knew what to expect. Highly recommend PuroClean.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Read and understand the fine prints in your contracts. DO NOT sign the contract until you truly understand the terms of the contract and know your rights. Ask for credentials, ask for their contractor's licenses, permits, registration with the Department of Consumer Protection. Do not sign the contract without them providing you with their certificate of Insurance for General Liability and Workman's Compensation. TRUST BUT VERIFY. I do not recommend PURO CLEAN of Wilton, Ridgefield, Stamford, Greenwich. Base... read more

My apartment was flooded, and the team made the experience as smooth as possible given the circumstances. The mitigation team responded promptly and worked thoroughly to contain and address the issue. The renovation team was also highly responsive, working closely with me to ensure the repairs met my expectations. The teams were flexible with scheduling and work hours to accommodate my family’s needs.

They were here right away and made sure the basement was completely dry before removing the fans. Puroclean came recommended to us from a flooring contractor and we were glad for that referral.
