My apartment was flooded, and the team made the experience as smooth as possible given the circumstances. The mitigation team responded promptly and worked thoroughly to contain and address the issue. The renovation team was also highly responsive, working closely with me to ensure the repairs met my expectations. The teams were flexible with scheduling and work hours to accommodate my family’s needs.

We had a massive flood in the crawl space of our pool house in the dead of winter, 2025. So, naturally we were under the gun to mitigate. This crew was the fastest to respond, offered the most reasonable rates and got the job done very quickly. Ernesto and his partner were very polite, communicative and respectful of our property and left the space bone dry. I would highly recommend them and in the event of another problem, we will certainly call them.

I had a puff back on a gas fireplace, I called PuroClean of Wilton. I talked to Drasko, he came to my house and helped me getting my house cleaned, he worked with my insurance company, once that was approved his crews showed up approximately 6-7 people.They washed and cleaned everything, empty cabinets, washed dishes. You can trust this company, they are very honest and always arrived on time, they communicated with me all the time, they worked on my apartment for a week, they packed all my furniture very carefully until they took everything to a store, I left them a key to my apartment. in a box and they always left it in the same place without forgetting, everything outside the apartment and inside the apartment was left clean

As a first-time homeowner, I truly did not know what to do when I noticed my ceiling was leaking. I immediately took to Google and found PuroClean. Alejandro and the entire staff were excellent and incredibly proactive in addressing my water damage.
