Jaleel was thorough, considerate of my belongings, clean and very polite and kind.
I called up and got scheduled soooooo much faster than expected! The tall lady that showed up for the job, Amanda, is a riot to work with. She showed up exactly at the appointment time, which almost never happens. Didn’t mind my dogs, explained the whole process, and was definitely a whole vibe. Talk about customer service! The “A” in Amanda stands for *Awesome*
We had a great experience with PuroClean after water damage in our home. James and Jaleel handled the mitigation work and were excellent. They were professional, courteous, and very respectful of our home and belongings. Their mitigation work was high quality, they always showed up on time, and they kept us informed about what they were doing and why.
