I was suppose to have someone come out to look at some water damage at 4:30pm. I called several times that night trying to get in touch with someone and the customer service representative kept "sending a message" to the tech. It has been 24 hours and I have heard nothing from the tech so I canceled my service. When I called I was told "it can take them 24-48 hours to respond" which is ridiculous when they missed my appointment and have urgent damage. I had an emergency when I first called PuroClean of Bloomington. They were recommended by a friend who had a similar experiance. They did an amazing job cleaning the mess and prefessionaly treat the damaged area. Then they followed up with re-construction right away. The whole project was well managed, done on time and with in budget. Excellent service!
PuroClean team did an outstanding job with ceiling drywall restoration and carpet mat replacement and carpet stretching. Plus owner Mikias managed the processes every step of the way.
