Absolutely fabulous job everything was explained to me thoroughly and they did a fantastic job cleaning everything up I will be using them again in the near future thank you so much
I had a grill fire in the backyard and it melted my vinyl siding. Chris with PuroClean came out right away and assessed the situation and removed the damaged siding. After a lengthy loosing battle with Allstate insurance I found out that they would only replace the damaged section and they didn’t care that my siding was no longer being made and most likely would not match the existing. He has worked with me throughout the insurance claim process and was able to help me understand what services were covered. His professionalism, fairness, and compassion were extremely appreciated while dealing with the stress of dealing with a flooded basement.
Had a flood in my home and Chris and his team came through in a heartbeat and took care of EVERYTHING. Wish I had photos to show the attention to details and the work they did.
