Chris with Puro Clean got back to us and right away and came out to our home the next day. He was very helpful in educating us on what we had and what we need to do. His prices were reasonable and I would recommend him.
My father had water in his basement because the power was off for 38 hours due to a storm . Neither sump pump or the back up could keep up because of the continued rain and no electricity. I called Chris in the middle of a disaster and he made sure that my dad was taken care of within an hours. I would definitely recommend calling them if you need a Restoration company.
Chris with PuroClean was amazing and provided excellent service! I had a water leak at my house, and they came out right away, took everything apart, and got everything dried out properly. Their prices were very reasonable, and the entire staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend Chris and the PuroClean team to anyone who needs water damage or restoration services!
PuroClean did an excellent job cleaning my basement after a flood. The team was professional, and very responsive throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Chris, the manager, for going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly.
Very professional and helpful during a stressful time. I was dealing with a flooded condo.
