Chris and his team were an absolute breath of fresh air to work with. After dealing with plumbers rescheduling and having no communication on when they would be coming, Chris and his team were extremely communicative, friendly, and up front about what work was needed to be done. On July 3rd this year 2026 Elgin got a bad storm. Unfortunately my sub pump quit and my basement flooded. Never having had a basement before I immediately went into panic mode calling company after company after company to come help. Only one company called back came out and quoted me over $30K. Chris and Brandon were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and kept us informed throughout the entire remediation process with excellent communication. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality, were flexible when our schedule changed, and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I truly appreciated their responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right. I highly recommend them and their team to anyone in need of flood remediation services.
Like many in the area, we had flooding in the basement after the early July '26 storm. Chris was fast to respond and get work started. He explained everything to us, including (accurately) what insurance would and would not cover, making sure we were OK with the work being done. His team was quick and friendly. This is a group that knows what its doing! I'd turn to them again in a heartbeat.
I had a great experience with PuroClean, especially with co-owner Chris. He came out to inspect my basement after a water issue and gave me an honest, thorough assessment instead of trying to sell me services I didn't need. Chris explained that my finished basement did not need to be torn apart and pointed out the specific areas that just needed to be dried.
