The company PuroClean came to our house within hours of us contacting them to let us know we did not have a mold issue in our basement. I thought we did and was relieved we didn’t. Will and Joe were so well informed. They understood our situation and concern. We felt they truly cared about helping us solve our problem and were so understanding when we were not physically able to show them to the affected basement.
