His positive demeanor and calm professionalism helped us realize that the insurance company Travelers chose to recommend Frank Greenwood's PuroClean company wisely. We had our water heater leak and flood both the basement and garage. Fortunately for us, Frank and his team responded immediately, helped move furniture and storage, and set up fans to dry our walls, basement carpet, and garage floor. PuroClean was able to make a stressful situation less stressful. They were incredibly responsive and kept my family and I informed throughout the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend them if you ever suffer a home disaster.

We had a water heater leak and our carpeted basement was flooded. Molly and her team worked with us through our insurance. The entire team was thoroughly professional, competent, and respectful. They set up their stuff and kept on checking regularly. Took care of all the paperwork. Always professional to text beforehand before arriving. I'd recommend them for their services.

This is the second time I have worked with PuroClean of Wakefield. The first time, all of our items had become moldy during a cross-country move, and the insurance company connected us with Frank at PuroClean.
