We had a water heater leak and our carpeted basement was flooded. Molly and her team worked with us through our insurance. The entire team was thoroughly professional, competent, and respectful. They set up their stuff and kept on checking regularly. Took care of all the paperwork. Always professional to text beforehand before arriving. I'd recommend them for their services.

I contacted PuroClean once I found our basement was flooded. Molly showed up within an hour and setup all the equipment with her team. The situation was under control immediately. Now after day of operation, it is rice & dry!

I was referred to Frank by a plumber when I was dealing with a dishwasher leak from afar. He was incredibly communicative and helpful, and got the damage removal done on schedule and for less than he initially quoted me at. I recommend him highly.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a moving company where they neglected to handle my personal belongings and caused damage to items including furniture. Molly was patient and understanding in explaining how the whole process from clean up to the claim was handled.
