When my dishwasher leaked and caused significant damage, Frank and his team made the entire experience so much easier. He managed the process from start to finish, including coordinating movers to pack up my condo, arranging a storage pod, flooring repairs, water remediation, cabinet repair, and so many other things. Frank communicated directly with my insurance company, which took a huge burden off my shoulders. Frank, the owner, arrived with his team. His positive demeanor and calm professionalism helped us realize that the insurance company Travelers chose to recommend Frank Greenwood's PuroClean company wisely. Throughout the process, Frank was great. He also moved all our first-floor furniture with rugs to a large-sized pod and placed a barrier with an excellent floor guard system. Highly recommend. Honest and professional! Rich from PuroClean came to assess our basement floor - he was experienced, professional, and knowledgeable.
