I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mark at PuroClean. He came out to assess the water damage from a significant leak in my mother’s bathroom and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. His guidance on the best way to move forward was absolutely invaluable. Most importantly, Mark was thoughtful, kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us through a stressful situation. He truly went above and beyond, and I could not recommend him and PuroClean more highly!

Over the weekend, we discovered that our crawl space had flooded. We called PuroClean first thing Monday morning, and Mark came out right away to assess the situation. He was honest, professional, and knowledgeable, and he helped us quickly resolve the issue. We really appreciated his prompt response and straightforward approach. I would definitely recommend PuroClean.

100/10 if I could give a higher rating I would! Our dishwasher leaked in our kitchen all over our LVP floors and I had NO IDEA what to do. After speaking with my insurance agent he recommended I call a 'Water Mitigation' company and I am so happy I choose PuroClean! I had a great experience with PuroClean. Mark was honest, knowledgeable, and truly knows his stuff. I initially contacted him for mold remediation, but he was upfront and explained that replacing the floorboards was the better solution. He didn’t try to upsell or take advantage. He focused on getting to the root of the problem instead. I really appreciated his integrity and transparency. I would definitely recommend Mark and PuroClean.
