I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mark at PuroClean. He came out to assess the water damage from a significant leak in my mother’s bathroom and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. His guidance on the best way to move forward was absolutely invaluable. Most importantly, Mark was thoughtful, kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us through a stressful situation. He truly went above and beyond, and I could not recommend him and PuroClean more highly!
Over the weekend, we discovered that our crawl space had flooded. We called PuroClean first thing Monday morning, and Mark came out right away to assess the situation. He was honest, professional, and knowledgeable, and he helped us quickly resolve the issue. We really appreciated his prompt response and straightforward approach.
