I had a major water leak from the second floor that damaged the 2nd floor, the ceiling, and downstairs. After calling a plumber, he referred me to Steve for water damage cleanup. Steve came to my house right away, the same day I called. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I called this company based on a recommendation from someone I didn’t know in response to an emergency while remodeling my home. Steve and his crew came to the rescue without hesitation! I called him frantic and he came over that same day. His crew was quick, thorough, professional, and so very kind. Thank you Steve! You saved us!

Firstly, the owner and General Manager Steve Lai went above and beyond to restore and mitigate our problems. His entire team worked non stop and we're beyond professional. My home is now better than ever thanks to PuroClean. I have since then referred Steve and his team to others in California, Arizona and Utah, all of which were equally satisfied !

This company is outstanding! Particularly the men that did the work. They were some of the most polite, personable, respectful, prompt and on time group of guys we've ever had the pleasure of working with. Steve the manager was always efficient with scheduling and making sure processes went as planned. 10 out of 10. I am very pleased with this company and the work they have done!
