In my years of dealing with different vendors, I have never encountered such dishonesty and a lack of integrity. We experienced water leakage that impacted our wood flooring and got our insurance involved. PuroClean is our insurance company's preferred vendor so we had them come. They insisted that our flooring was completely dry and showed a moisture gauge at 0% in various places. They don't stick to the original quote. The format and methods of charging completely changed after job completion. There is a new charge - "negative air fan" in the new price. This is not in the original quote, nor used on job site. I asked Sawsan from puroclean to explain the discrepancies repeatedly. They are not able to explain it and threatened with legal actions. The team Gadi and Carmen were excellent. Knowledgeable, communicated well and did a great job. Mathew their manager was also very helpful and responsive..
I called PuroClean after I had a water leak in my master bathroom and they were quick to respond and fix the problem area so that we did not incur any more water damage than we already had. They checked for mold and made sure that the surrounding area was ok. Great service and knowledgeable people!
