Yet again Puro clean did an amazing job for us. They showed up quickly despite a heavy work load and took care of our damage over 8 days total. They checked in every day, made sure we knew how the process was going, removed debris, and got my house dry quickly.

We had a dead opossum under our home and a strong odor that was getting worse. PuroClean came out and did an excellent job from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they were doing. They located and removed the animal and made sure everything was handled properly. We had a waterline bust due to freezing. Found our closet,bathroom and portion of our bedroom flooded At 10 PM.With part of the closet ceiling laying on the floor. Blown insulation everywhere, what a mess. Immediately called pure clean who offered to come out on the spot. Elected to do some minor cleanup and call it a night.
