Had water damage in four rooms of home. puroclean immediately responded and provided excellent services . Within six days all areas affected were removed and treated to prevent mold and mildew. Employees including Carlo, and Joseph and the demolition crew were professional, courteous, and always accommodating to our request. They were respectful and always patient with our request. Puroclean is five stars and we would use them again!

Wow!! I am seeing all of these reviews stating that PuroClean was timely, called before they came and provided excellent customer service. I am NOT getting any of that. I am having to call them to get updates. I have be waiting 3 WEEKS for someone to come back out and NO one has been back out to my house. My house was flooded and they left the blowers for 4 days with no call back. I had to call them! We have insurance and I was told that PuroClean could not start the project without us paying the deductable. The deductable ... read more

Carlos and Joseph did great work remediating the water damage at my place from a leaky pipe. They were on site within an hour of my call and got things set up and working to dry my bathroom. They were courteous when the called for their follow ups and always showed up on time!

We noticed a leak and had flooding in 2 rooms of our house Friday evening. Once Pro Clean was contacted at 10 PM they had someone here within an hour. That person was Ben. He talked us through everything, stayed late until the work was done, then came back Saturday and Sunday to check on things. Carlos and Beau came out Monday and Tuesday to check on things.
