Had water damage in four rooms of home. puroclean immediately responded and provided excellent services . Within six days all areas affected were removed and treated to prevent mold and mildew. Employees including Carlo, and Joseph and the demolition crew were professional, courteous, and always accommodating to our request. They were respectful and always patient with our request. Puroclean is five stars and we would use them again!

Well it happened again within 10 days; another overflow that soaked 2 bedrooms, 2 closets, vanities and baseboards. In tears, I called and Brad sent Carlo and Joseph right back out! They were here for 3 days with compassion, smiles and reassurance. I got calls every time they came out and they were always respectful of our time! I am so grateful for them! Thank you again PuroClean!

Wow!! I am seeing all of these reviews stating that PuroClean was timely, called before they came and provided excellent customer service. I am NOT getting any of that. I am having to call them to get updates. I have be waiting 3 WEEKS for someone to come back out and NO one has been back out to my house. My house was flooded and they left the blowers for 4 days with no call back. I had to call them! We have insurance and I was told that PuroClean could not start the project without us paying the deductable. The deductable ... read more
