My overall experience with PuroClean could not have been better, beginning with the lady who took my initial call. Dillion came to asses the problem, mold in the bathroom; and, he was very polite and professional. He explained everything to me and set my mind at ease. (It was mold, after all.) Carlo and Joseph came in very shortly after my initial call and immediately got to work assessing the damage and getting started on the water mitigation. We experienced a sudden flooding during a storm where water rushed in from 2 rear entrances, soaking the commercial carpeting over several hundred square feet, and affecting the walls. PuroClean was super-busy responding to many similar incidents in the area, yet they were pretty quick to respond and start the cleanup process.
