Carlo, Vaughn, Joseph did an amazing job, came I’m sure at an inconvenience time for them but at our time of need setting up drying equipment, assessing water damage and explaining every part of the process! Highest recommendation for this sharp team.
My overall experience with PuroClean could not have been better, beginning with the lady who took my initial call. Dillion came to asses the problem, mold in the bathroom; and, he was very polite and professional. He explained everything to me and set my mind at ease. (It was mold, after all.) These guys were so helpful when I contacted them for their service. Everyone is very personable and knowledgeable. Brad has been with us every step of the way, from setting up the mitigation process, to dealing with the insurance company. Josh and Carlo were in and out of our house every day to check moisture levels and both were super nice and I could tell they knew what they were doing. Thank you guys for all the help!!
PuroClean has given me nothing but outstanding service during my FIRST ever claim experience. Carlo and Joseph came in very shortly after my initial call and immediately got to work assessing the damage and getting started on the water mitigation. WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY! From the time Puroclean was recommended to me there was a family relationship built. It wasn’t a day that went by that Puroclean wasn’t calling me to check on things. When my insurance company refused to pay, Mr. Brad and Mr. James were on the phone advocating for me.
