Yet again Puro clean did an amazing job for us. They showed up quickly despite a heavy work load and took care of our damage over 8 days total. They checked in every day, made sure we knew how the process was going, removed debris, and got my house dry quickly.

We had a waterline bust due to freezing. Found our closet,bathroom and portion of our bedroom flooded At 10 PM.With part of the closet ceiling laying on the floor. Blown insulation everywhere, what a mess. Immediately called pure clean who offered to come out on the spot. Elected to do some minor cleanup and call it a night. We noticed a leak and had flooding in 2 rooms of our house Friday evening. Once Pro Clean was contacted at 10 PM they had someone here within an hour. That person was Ben. He talked us through everything, stayed late until the work was done, then came back Saturday and Sunday to check on things. Carlos and Beau came out Monday and Tuesday to check on things. I recently had a hot water tank burst in a commercial property. A friend in the plumbing business recommended PureClean as an alternative to the company that I used in the past. Their customers had reported that the service was very professional, the price was fair and the results were great. I found that all these things were true. They came out and did an inspection for my bathroom and were very helpful and honest with the process. I really appreciate that they weren't just out for money but actually helped me with my problem and gave me the option to use them and also told me how I could remediate the problem myself if I choose being that it was a small issue. Also the person who came out was professional but also kind which is always appreciated when going through a stressful time.
