Read this before you sign anything with PuroClean. After our house burned, we hired them for fire restoration. They collected a large payment up front, started the work, and then walked off the job. The house sat unfinished. Calls went unanswered. Emails went unanswered. No refund was ever issued for the portion of the work they were paid for and never completed. I'm unclear if this is the correct Roswell location for which two2 representatives from your company were sent via Allstate to help assist my mother after she endured flood damage. However, representatives, Shawn & Nelson, have been of the utmost importance to my 80 year old mother throughout this process. On a Friday evening, we came home to find that our water heater had leaked and flooded a portion of our basement. I contacted PuroClean. Temoh immediately responded and was at our house within hours to begin to mitigate the damage. PuroClean helped coordinate with the insurance company all necessary paperwork and photos needed for the claim.
