This was our third experience with Luis and as always, he was incredibly competent, knowledgeable, and professional. He identified the issue in our home and when the situation was worse than expected (sewage was involved), he handled it all thoroughly and meticulously. We are always relieved and grateful when he assists because we can trust that he always does a great job. Thank you Luis!!

This company is full of the most disrespectful and frustrating employees I have ever seen. Their incompetence and rudeness to myself and the neighbors was astounding. Multiple days of yelling and acting like giant loud children while blocking roads and driveways to do a mediocre job, when they weren't sitting in their vans blocking the roads for hours. Don't waste your time or money on these losers.

Wow! Had an amazing experience! After finding mold in my daughter’s bathroom, I called and Luis came out a few hours later and remediated it within 30 minutes! Incredibly polite and professional and friendly and affordable. Hopefully we will not have to deal with mold again, but if we do, I would call them again in a heartbeat! Thank you Luis!

We had a great experience with PuroClean when we had a leak in our house one weekend. Luis was responsive and was able to determine the next step quickly over the phone, based on our description of the water damage. He was professional and always on time when he visited. I was impressed with his assessment skills while ruling out the plumbing issue as a possible cause so that we could focus on the roof repair.
