When things really hit the FAN these are the guys you need to call pun intended!!! Rocky start but a FANTASTIC finish….I just needed some time to catch my breath and just give credit where credit is due! Disaster hit … water leak…. Make a claim…. Insurance sends puro clean out….. so the dispatch was rocky but Lonny and his crew made up for it with proper specific communication…..who doesn’t like that!! BIG fan…. PuroClean did a great job drying out my house and taking up my laminate flooring. I was very impressed how neatly the technicians stacked, taped and removed the flooring and then dryed out the slab. I really appreciate the great job. Thanks guys!

Kris and his team were amazing. Very clear on what was going to be done in the time they were in my home along with next steps of the process. After my apartment flooded he was more helpful than anyone in this entire process. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

When you have an emergency, you can count on Puroclean in Dallas. I spoke with two other remediation companies before I spoke with Puroclean. Puroclean provided a better bid and then delivered everything and more that they committed. Excellent work, excellent communication and then excellent follow up. Most recently, Kris came to the house to perform one last check. He provided “ peace of mind” that no other issues remained and that we are ready for renovation. We recently experienced a rupture in the hot water heater intake valve resulting in ceiling collapse, inches of water and insulation throughout our entire home. PuroClean was the restoration, mitigation and ultimately the demolition company which came to our rescue.
