We had water in our basement and weren't sure what to do next. We called PuroClean and they walked us through the process, kept us updated and made dealing with our insurance company much easier. Great team and great service
Dylan the project manager was very helpful, informative, and personable. He put me at ease and took me through the whole process of what to expect. Sergio, Elizabeth, and Larry did an awesome job of sealing off the rooms, cleaning up the water mess and setting up the fans to dry out the walls. Everyone was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend PuroClean.
Everyone I worked with was amazing! Christopher kept me up to date! The men at the job site ( I’m sorry, I didn’t catch their names but they should all be recognized) were amazing! My awning is perfect and I know there was a lot of cut work to make everything fit! . The railing they put in, is solid and matches the one that was present prior to the tree hitting our house! After a dishwasher malfunction we experienced significant damage to our floor, cabinets and subfloor. Gabby was our go to guy and he couldn't have done more. He handled every question and made the job of getting our home back to normal seamless. He was quick to answer his phone of even stop in whenever we required anything related to our job. Excellent describes him in a word.
Ryan and his team were fantastic! I cannot recommend Puro Clean enough! Ryan's communication was excellent. His attention to detail and the quality of the work being done was always a priority. It was important to him to make sure we were satisfied with the job! 5 stars!! Thanks again, Ryan!
