Everyone I worked with was amazing! Christopher kept me up to date! The men at the job site ( I’m sorry, I didn’t catch their names but they should all be recognized) were amazing! My awning is perfect and I know there was a lot of cut work to make everything fit! . The railing they put in, is solid and matches the one that was present prior to the tree hitting our house! Water leaks in the basement we believed caused mold. Dispatch was quick. They wrapped the area in plastic wrap (hole in the ceiling portion) and blue painters tape. They did labs to see if it was black mold. I paid $500. I was told I would get the results by 8/11. It's 8/20 and I have heard nothing. The project manager Dylan does not respond to my calls citing "he's busy in Milwaukee". There is no manager of the project managers (how?) when I called and asked for labs.
