I have worked with Joseph from Puroclean before, when I had some damage that was covered by insurance. This time, a mysterious wet patch appeared in my closet carpet. We have not found the source yet, but I knew it needed to be dried out as soon as possible to avoid any mold. Joseph responded to my call very quickly, on a weekend, and came over to immediately begin the remediation. The carpet was dried out with no notable damage. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Joseph and his team, Leslie and Randy, were very responsive to my questions and concerns. They went over and above talking with the insurance company and advocating for me. Whatvin thought was a little leak turned out to be much more. They tracked it down and went to work mitigating the problem. They worked with my schedule for daily follow up.
