Randy provided high quality and timely service remediating a badly backed up drain in an apartment I manage. He offered several options to correct the water and mold issues I had and did so in a very timely manner. The quality of his work was excellent and he showed a genuine concern for the problems I had experienced and a desire to correct these issues with quality work.

Puroclean was recommended to us by our insurance company. Randy from Puroclean called and within an hour showed up and immediately was concerned with a water problem we were having in our basement due to heavy rain. Although the insurance co. would not cover any damages due to "ground water" , Randy was very concerned and went out of his way to help us .
