I was pretty distraught when I discovered a sewer backup in my basement. Never having made an insurance claim and not knowing where to turn, PuroClean was a life saver. The owner, Jesus, did a fantastic and efficient job with the cleanup. He was patient with my many phone calls and questions, and super at “hand-holding 101”. The day before I was due to be induced, we discovered mold in our bathroom. Jesus adjusted his schedule to come out early the next day to make sure our home was safe before baby made her arrival. He was kind, courteous, and professional. He took care of the issue swiftly, which was an enormous relief and gave us peace of mind before we headed to the hospital.
