Attentive and compassionate, Jesus and his team addressed our water damage quickly and thoroughly. Jesus made sure we felt informed of everything along the way and was willing to be on site over the weekend to check the drying progress. We felt comfortable having them in our house. We had water pipe burst causing water damage. They came immediately and did a good job. They were very professional.
I was pretty distraught when I discovered a sewer backup in my basement. Never having made an insurance claim and not knowing where to turn, PuroClean was a life saver. The owner, Jesus, did a fantastic and efficient job with the cleanup. He was patient with my many phone calls and questions, and super at “hand-holding 101”. The day before I was due to be induced, we discovered mold in our bathroom. Jesus adjusted his schedule to come out early the next day to make sure our home was safe before baby made her arrival. He was kind, courteous, and professional. He took care of the issue swiftly, which was an enormous relief and gave us peace of mind before we headed to the hospital. I believe that Jesus is the last honest contractor, and that I was blessed to have found him! He saved me from spending more money with this other company, who wanted to perform several completely unnecessary services. I cannot recommend Jesus enough —thank you so much!!!!
