We had a mold issue and needed all of our stuff taken out of the home and cleaned so we could bring it to our new house. I’m not sure they cleaned ANYTHING. Everything was still very visibly dirty. We had a jar of money that has disappeared. An now they say they are out of town and cannot bring the rest of our belongings. This has been a terrible experience on top of what we were already going through. Hopefully we can get the rest of what belongs to us one day.

Puroclean did a major home repair and renovation for me. I had a dishwasher leak that destroyed my kitchen floor and cabinet. They replaced the floor that was damaged and repaired the crawl space and treated for mold. They rebuilt the sink cabinet and painted the rest of my cabinets to match, replaced my countertops and sanded and refinished my entire hardwood floor. They did a fantastic job! My experience with PuroClean was so positive - from the assessor, Kristen, the owner Joseph, Josh, Rauel, to the team that addressed my situation. Mike Smith, and his team, went above and beyond in assisting me at a very difficult, trying time. Our insurance company recommended you and a lady came out took all our measurements and was supposed to give us an estimate. The lady figured out enough to tell us our floor budget and even stated it was low. She said she would deal with the insurance company supervisor to try and get it raised cuz she knew him. That was the last we heard from anyone she basically ghosted us and stop responding to texts. Ended up using Lowe's and they did an amazing job.
