I called this company at 730AM and was greeted by a friendly gal who was efficient in getting my information down and promised to pass it along to Shanta Barnes, who was going to be the technician/expert they'd send out. Shanta Barnes called me immediately and said she had scheduled appointments but would call back at 10 about coming out.
