After a flooding disaster from a busted water heater, the team came out immediately and worked feverishly to mitigate the damage and prevent further damage inside my home. If you need SEWAGE CLEANUP and they tell you they can do it DON'T BELIEVE THEM. Shonta told me they were able to do it and charged 258 for them to come out there and make up excuses to not do it along with a high dollar amount 5600 for them to not do what they said they could. I chose another company that could work better with my plumbers instead. Thanks for nothing and scamming me out of my money. I can't speak for everyone else but this was my experience with them. Here at Recon Builders we recently ran into an unfortunate situation and needed some water mitigation ASAP! We reached out to Shonta and her crew and they immediately came in and did a complete dry out of the structure and the customer was put at ease and repairs were resumed.
