If you need SEWAGE CLEANUP and they tell you they can do it DON'T BELIEVE THEM. Shonta told me they were able to do it and charged 258 for them to come out there and make up excuses to not do it along with a high dollar amount 5600 for them to not do what they said they could. I chose another company that could work better with my plumbers instead. Thanks for nothing and scamming me out of my money. I can't speak for everyone else but this was my experience with them. Just experienced the best service and response from the PuroClean-Montgomery Team led by Shonta Barnes. After a flooding disaster from a busted water heater, the team came out immediately and worked feverishly to mitigate the damage and prevent further damage inside my home. I appreciate the effort and courtesy given to ensuring that all the boxes are checked. Thanks to Shonta and PuroClean Team. Keep up the good work.
