Puroclean of Melbourne has been a real blessing to us. We had a water intrusion episode followed by Mold. We were at "wits end". We found Puroclean and they are great. All the people were great but we mostly dealt with Anita and Jesse. These folks were so caring and thoughtful. They went way beyond just getting the job done. They felt like family to us. They provided help and support during this very trying time for us. Terrific work product done by terrific people! WHAT more can you ask for?

I called Anita at Puroclean in an absolute panic. After waiting all day for big name guys to get back to me for an emergency, I gave up. I was beyond lucky to get Anita on the phone for our unsual situation. We took off a mattress cover to clean, only to find out the fire sleeve made of fiberglass was shedding and got everywhere in our home and on us. We had an incident of water leak at our home but couldn’t actually find from where. Unfortunately the leak caused damage to our walls. We were able to contact PUROClean and they responded immediately!! They were very efficient, knowledgeable on determining the problem and resolving it quickly with their team of experts. I called PuroClean to take care of our mold problem. I sent Anita my Industrial Hygienist reports and her amazing team Jesse, Irving, and Adam quickly came and remediated the mold. Their professionalism and knowledge was very helpful and impressive. Not only that but they are also licensed contractors and had my reconstruction done in no time. My insurance company covered everything thanks to Anita providing all the documentation and photos needed. Thank you so much PuroClean of Melbourne you guys are awesome!
