The PuroClean team that came to our condominium following a pipe-burst was very polite and professional. They did a great job of removing the water damage and cleaning up after themselves. As this was our first ever water damage claim, they also took the time to explain everything they were doing and next steps which was appreciated.
Terrible experience from the manner the phone was answered, the terse responses to my questions and the outrageous prices for mold remediation. Unless you are an insurance company, it’s obvious they do not want your business. I chose a competitor (see my reviews) and had a much better experience in every single way.
