Our kitchen had a water leak and our insurance adjuster recommended Puroclean. Kevin kept us informed, even when he was off-the-clock. Troy was in and out of our house the most, so he got most of our questions & answered or found answers to all our questions. Hunter also helped a good bit. The team showed up immediately and the mitigation process was completed within a couple of weeks.

Bill and his team at PuroClean were at my house within 30 minutes of a water spill on a Saturday. They were extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They offered a turnkey solution for restoring my home back to its original state. We were in a panic after our fish tank broke and poured dozens of gallons of water into our HVAC. I have have the utmost confidence that Bill and his team can mitigate your emergency if you find yourself needing their service.

AVOID USING PUROCLEAN. THEY DAMAGE PROPERTY AND DO NOT REPLACE IT. I had this company come to provide damage mitigation after a flooding incident in my kitchen. They provided good services while they were here. The water damage was mitigated. However, while they were working, they ripped a large hole in my kitchen screen door. Christmas of 2022 brought single degree temperatures to our area (0 degrees counting wind chill). Like many who were affected, we had a pipe burst in our home causing significant damage. PuroClean was the only mitigation company out of others in the area that actually stayed in contact with us while we moved up their waiting list.
