AVOID USING PUROCLEAN. THEY DAMAGE PROPERTY AND DO NOT REPLACE IT (AND POSSIBLY STEAL THINGS). I had this company come to provide damage mitigation after a flooding incident in my kitchen. PuroClean workers were not monitored while they were remediating some flooding in our kitchen and dining room area. We had our backscreen torn by these workers and they told us that it would be replaced. My husband has called twice, and we still have our torn screen with no replacement or response from PuroClean. Do not allow Travellers insurance to push this company on you for remediation purposes.

Our kitchen had a water leak and our insurance adjuster recommended Puroclean. Kevin kept us informed, even when he was off-the-clock. Troy was in and out of our house the most, so he got most of our questions & answered or found answers to all our questions. Hunter also helped a good bit. The team showed up immediately and the mitigation process was completed within a couple of weeks.

Bill and his team at PuroClean were at my house within 30 minutes of a water spill on a Saturday. They were extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They offered a turnkey solution for restoring my home back to its original state. We were in a panic after our fish tank broke and poured dozens of gallons of water into our HVAC. I have have the utmost confidence that Bill and his team can mitigate your emergency if you find yourself needing their service.
