Our kitchen had a water leak and our insurance adjuster recommended Puroclean. Kevin kept us informed, even when he was off-the-clock. Troy was in and out of our house the most, so he got most of our questions & answered or found answers to all our questions. Hunter also helped a good bit. The team showed up immediately and the mitigation process was completed within a couple of weeks.
Puroclean came out to assess mold damage from Helene for my insurance company. Upon learning that insurance (and myself) didn’t want them to pull up my floors and take out parts of walls, but just wanted a simple cleaning with an air duct cleaning, they stopped responding to me.
