Top notch service, timely, efficient, and professional
When our basement flooded, all we knew how to do was call a plumber. Thankfully, they recommended a remediation company which led us to Puro Clean. They came within 2 hours and got everything stabilized. They arrived daily for a while to check on moisture and bring in additional equipment (industrial fans, dehumidifier’s, etc). Communication is top notch and the whole team is very kind and respectful. Highly recommend if you find yourself in this tough situation with water issues!

During an incredibly stressful event, they took control, fully explained what was being done, respected and worked with my schedule and provided necessary information to all of the players involved in this time of situation. The team was friendly and respectful, and always responded quickly. Cesar is the best!
