The most professional team. We were devastated when a pipe burst and flooded our basement. Puroclean came and made the cleanup up process a lot less stressful. The manager, Cesar, and the entire crew-Kateryn, Marco, Roger, Johnny and Ernesto-were outstanding. They walked us through the situation, covering every step and explaining the entire drying and cleanup process so we always knew what to expect.

This is my second interaction with PuroClean, and yet again they excelled. They go way above and beyond, and I barely recognize the areas they cleaned, I'm very very happy. I’ve just completed another interaction with PuroClean, and I continue to be extremely happy with them. Roger handled a cleanup task that was totally humiliating with compassion and discretion. We had a significant water damage incident in our basement — flooding from a clogged utility sink that also uncovered asbestos-containing flooring, so this ended up being a much bigger project than a typical mitigation job. PuroClean of Greenwich/Stamford handled the whole thing from start to finish, and I couldn't be happier with how it went.
