When our basement flooded, all we knew how to do was call a plumber. Thankfully, they recommended a remediation company which led us to Puro Clean. They came within 2 hours and got everything stabilized. They arrived daily for a while to check on moisture and bring in additional equipment (industrial fans, dehumidifier’s, etc). Communication is top notch and the whole team is very kind and respectful. Highly recommend if you find yourself in this tough situation with water issues!

During an incredibly stressful event, they took control, fully explained what was being done, respected and worked with my schedule and provided necessary information to all of the players involved in this time of situation. The team was friendly and respectful, and always responded quickly. Cesar is the best!

PuroClean was amazing to work with from start to finish. We needed an emergency plumber to fix a burst pipe before they could begin their work. They subbed this out to an emergency plumber who was on-site in less than 1 hour to quickly fix the pipe and restore our water. PuroClean came in shortly thereafter (on Superbowl Sunday) to remove the damaged materials and begin drying out the space with dehumifidiers and fans.
