Tim is very professional and completed work in minimum time. He worked my house in and was there almost the whole time. I was having trouble contacting the adjuster about starting work. He helped me and had my back when the adjuster accused me and Tim of lying about my water damage and mold. Can’t thank him enough a great company and a great person. Wish I could have gave 10 stars. Will add photos when I get my basement back together.

The gentleman was awesome. He was very professional. Came in, took a look. Didn't try and sell me on stuff I don't need me or anything. He told me the honest truth that all I need was some Dawn dish soap and shook my hand and told me to have a good day. Great service. I definitely recommend them.

Tim came promptly to assess the water damage from the storm and started cleaning up a huge mess. His prompt attention saved my carpets and my basement from further damage. He answered all my questions and took extra time to explain things. I would definitely use him again if needed. It is a relief that there is still family ran businesses instead of huge corporate companies.

In less than a year we had 3 different water leaks, 2 in our basement and 1 in a bathroom. All 3 times Tim & Lauren (PuroClean) and their team responded quickly and professionally. Thanks for the hard work! Hopefully we won't need you again anytime soon but if we do we will always call PuroClean!!
